Philippe Pichat , ingénieur, Dr ès Sciences, directeur technique d’ADT (Audit Technique, Développement Industriel, Transfert de Technologies). Il est à l’initiative et a participé à des créations d’activités innovatrices : fibres pour matériaux composites, bétons décarbonés, valorisation de résidus en matériaux de BTP, combustible de substitution, traitement de déchets par d’autres déchets, inertage de déchets ultimes…
Cette expérience industrielle est allée de pair avec celle d’expertises et de contre-expertises pour des clients variés, PME-PMI, Multinationales, agences publiques (OSEO, …).
ADT s’appuie sur un réseau international de correspondants aguerris et sur des moyens d’essais
à même de faire très rapidement des expérimentations en liaison avec des équipes qui effectuent si nécessaire des mesures particulières., une documentation à caractère technique et économique comprenant des dossiers continuellement mis à jour.
Une partie des travaux de Philippe Pichat a été publiée dans « Les Techniques de l’Ingénieur », l’Encyclopédie« Universalis », « La Revue de l’ANRT », « L’Actualité Chimique » ,«Experts », « La Revue de La Compagnie des Experts Agréés par la Cour de Cassation », des comptes rendus de conférences et de symposiums internationaux…, les livres « L’Innovaction ® », « Innover plus, Innover mieux », « La Gestion des Déchets »…

Dr Philippe J. PICHAT since 1971 has introduced several innovations in the field of management of wastes such as using specific residues as a fuel in cement kiln (EcokilnR) such as Chemical Stabilization Solidification (Ecofix, Ashrock ®) and recycling processes.
He has contributed to set up SARP Industries Co in 1975. The 14 people team has become an international organization with plants in France, England, Italy, Switzerland, Mexico, Bresil, Korea, China…
Sarp Industries is the international company specialized in the recycling and treatement of toxic and hazardous wastes included Ultimate, a branch (Sales 6000 millions of Euros) of Veolia Environnement.
The publications of Dr Pichat include the book “Innovaction ®”, « The Management of wastes »…
He is Reviewer of several international journals.
Dr Pichat is a sworn-in expert with French Supreme Court (Cassation) and appeal administrative court of Paris in the field of management of wastes.
He got in Lyon master degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and a Sciences Doctorate in high temperature chemistry. He spent two years 67-68 at Rice University Houston Texas as a post-doctoral fellow, Research Associate
